very simple
i had a big slice of 8 grain bread w/nuts & seeds (plain), several different kinds of dried fruit, a goodly portion of almonds, and two cups of green tea.
i try to eat small meals throughout the day, mostly fresh fruit & veggies, grains, beans, nuts, whole grain bread, etc. i subscribe to the "slowfood" idea of eating and actually cook my own meals. since i'm a vegetarian/vegan a large portion of the year, that is pretty much a necessity. i tend towards home foods from India, the Middle East, and Asia, with some dishes from Central America thrown in for variety, LoL.
i drink mostly water and teas, esp. green and white ones. i'm always trying to learn more about tea. my favorite teas thus far in my journey are the Wuyi (Blue Rock) wulongs. complex, ancient, extremely health-promoting, and w/a wide variety of tastes and aromas. i brew them in Zisha teapots and drink directly from the spout of smaller Zisha teapots at home! but i digress...
namaste,
DamselFly
