Ok I finally have found a work out that I am willing to do.....
5 miles from here there is a new roller rink dedicated to roller derby 

and they have  weekly classes.....  I love skating always have,,actually i used to do some speed skating prior to gaining another person in weight.....
so i will be heading there on saturday to register for the classes....and enjoy the scenery as i skate around the rink......behind all those nice fit trim (oh am i objectifying?  Damn right I am) motivations that will be in front of me....    

 I may be old and fat but roller skates/inlines are like being in water......you can still go fast and not feel the ummm..ummm extra 90 pounds...and its a hell of a work out.
