Been under the weather so I made some chicken soup from broth, a chicken breast, a can of mushrooms and a can of corn. Came out pretty good actually after adding onion salt and some pepper. Also cooked up the 2 other chicken breasts in the package for dinners other nights. Can stretch those into 3 dinners, and the soup is good for 3. So 3 chicken breasts, 6 meals, 1/2 an hour. How is that for 30 minutes meals!
