We old farts not only RAWK, but can still dance the night away (I put many 20 and 30 somethings to shame)! And, we are fine!! Might have to stretch before taking the floor and even take a little something for joint pain and stiffness, but, we will rock out to every generations tunes!

Hummm... music is perhaps the best remedy for staying youthful even if the next day is a bit difficult.
