I confess:
trying to rush the Process mostly ends up with sub-par product....I am making chick-peas...I didn't plan ahead well so I didn't soak them over night, just a few hours, and now I am cooking them...and, although they are cooking, they are Not gonna be as good as they would have been, soaked over night...
that is a real story...as well as a physical manifestation and reminder of the importance of the Process as The Promise to good Product
