If it please the Court, at this time the defendant wishes to throw herself upon the mercy of the Court, withdraw her previous plea and enter a plea of guilty to the charge of taking a teensy bit longer than 15 minutes to get ready with regard to the incident in question.
Further the defendant respectfully requests the Court consider the following aggravating and mitigating factors when imposing sentence: the defendant recalls the question posed as "How long will it take you to get ready in the morning?" 
In addition, the defendant moves the Court that a jury of her peers, rather than the bench, decide sentencing in this case.
