If you really knew me, you'd know that when I said 'Ow, I've bitten the inside of my mouth' I really mean 'Ow ow OW, I've bitten the inside of my mouth and it HURTS! It's been a week and it STILL HURTS!! Every day is a day of misery and pain as the wound inside my mouth is really hurting me, so GIVE ME SYMPATHY!!!'

Instead people who CLEARLY don't know me say things like, 'Ow, how did you do that? That was a bit silly then, wasn't it?' And I know they DON'T CARE!
