I had folks Hounding me...srsly. Reminding me every other day "Day of Silence comin' up, stock up, u'll need the ink & paper -teehee-"
I did participate, but around..Oh...3 pm, I almost threw the "towel" {or rather, closed my Tablets notepad}, here I am...some Joe Blow in a small town, exhausting my fingers typing reasons, and showing pamphlet...even during Dialysis...

Ok, she's mainstream, and has a public job with ratings.
She's also got creative License last I checked, to create far more awareness on the Purpose of the day.
If she can discuss her marriage to Portia, have silly segments with Portia, cry about a Pooch.....
Celebrate her marriage, be pissed off about Prop 8...
Surely she can spare 1 show to prove the point of many a Students bullied Plight.

She could've used her "clout", that they record shows before they are aired? I'm more than sure she was aware of this day, it is her show, could've recorded 1 episode related to it...
I'm not expecting her to be the Lesbian/Queer Messenger , however, if she can discuss other issues...

Didn't she make an HBO short film, a certain boy tries killing himself because he's gay and faces issues at school??....
