diced onion
bell pepper
scallion
turkey sausage (60% less fat)
lots of yummy seasoning and pepper
zucchini
yellow squash
mushroom
...sweated nicely under a foil hat on the stove and displayed on a bed of steamed rice....yummmmmy.
