Smile ♫ I can see clearly now the Rain is....back?

After almost a week or 2 of Rains in such a way that my yard resembled a kiddie Pool, this morning's Bright Sunrise was a ray of hope for me.
My yard was dangerously close to Landlord-mowed [they charge 65.00 per hour, money-grubbing pricks].
I grabbed a broom, swept up Debris, mumbled a few morning Prayers (including one where I'd snicker with 'sweeping the bad out, major bad, weeds and all..'), lit a few white candles for various personal reasons, and sat under the big Tree, while enjoying the morning, I quietly prayed for an entirely Sunny day so I could at least get some yard work done....
After a stressful day with the Eye Physician {Vocational Rehab wants to cover all bases before the Fall Quarter starts and I pick up on Pre-Law courses through a History/Philosophy Major and work from there...}, I was treated to DQ wafflecone sundae(butterscotch and snickers, yum), I fed a few black birds that had a blue-green "hood" feathers, resembled mother-of-pearl, a few bits of the waffle cone..I'm curious about their species...
Got Home, fed fuel to lawnmower {new lawnmower has a bag, w00000t-joygasm!-}, Looked up, clouds looked iffy, but the sun was out, neighbor chick was mowing across street, waved, I waved back with a small grin.
Turned ball cap back, and went to work...
It did stall briefly....grass clogged..-mumbles-...
Once that was done...I had a blast..
I'd pause briefly sometimes [to rest, and survey my progress...blade still runnin, but i shook it briefly to make sure no clog]..
Once our small piece of land was properly and neatly trimmed -ahem-, I was pleased, felt accomplished..
Relieved.
I saw the skies get very dark, and street lights go on while I was doing final touches, I started cleaning the lawnmower, and Rain started to trickle...
I did collect the remnants, and rain came down more and more...
Looked up and smiled with "Alright, alright, I get it, Most heartfelt humble gratitude for the Blessings! " my brother glanced at me like I lost my mind when I rushed in, cuz the rain just started pouring hard, and I actually giggled when the screen slammed from the wind....
