I am moving early august, but I have a special box that has all of my crafties and things that always is reachable and will leave that open until August 1. I will accept projects after that deadline, but it will be probably a good three weeks that I won't be able to receive any mail due to travel and set up. That being said.... The deadline to send it to me in Austin should be July 27 so that it has time to get to me 
And I won't be accepting anymore once I am in Iowa after September 1 so I have a good month to get it all together!!
