Baked butter garlic parsley chicken and a huge salad of herb greens, mushrooms, tomatoes and black pepper. Caesar vinaigrette for me and Annie's Goddess dressing for Ebon.
I may or may not have followed that very healthy meal (I even took the skin off the chicken) with a package of Coconut Dreams cookies.
