It seems when they were here on friday to "fix" the problem, the other maintence guy forgot to put the tubing back into the drain so the water went all over my floor. They told me there would be no mildew because I got on it quickly. I asked about moving me to another apartment and they told me that the clogs (problem on friday) and stuff would still happen. I think I'm going to be checking into renters insurance this week sometime

Renters insurance isn't that expensive...at least here in NC it isn't. i pay just under $120.00 per year for excellent coverage through Travelers. Talk to insurance agents to make sure you have proper coverage and to get some quotes...buying insurance online isn't always a good idea.
