Oh,oh oh, oh!!! I went to the DC Antiques Roadshow! But I wasn't one of those lucky folks that fell over at having something valuable. I have been watching the episodes and I saw me in the background.

We live in the SW portion of the state near the NC border in a teensy place without a traffic light. Our antique collecting really fits in well here and we often scour flea markets and consignment antique shops on the weekends.
I work (and live) in Richmond throughout the week and have a couple of favorite thrift shops that also have lots of antique glass and dinnerware.
One of these days, I have aspirations to be one of those folks on Antiques Roadshow who fall out when the value of the item is disclosed. LOL
