Good morning DapperButch. I am not much of a cook, but I am a really good at eating I will tell you what I know about gravy. There are lots of gravies out there, but mostly 2 when it comes to biscuits, The ever popular sausage like Bob Evan's and there is Red Eye gravy served at Cracker Barrel that ham dripping are used in making the gravy. I prefer the sausage gravy
