I am really sorry this is happening to you. I heard you say that they did not respond to your emails...I was trying to ask if they sent you a shipping email like I received (and the package just never came)?

I truly have heard nothing but good things about them and have always had quick responses from them.

However, I have had no personal experience with them. The materials and such may be similar to T-Kingdom, I am thinking.
