Frankly, I find that butches are difficult to find in all cities/states where I've lived, including NYC and now my current residence, Phoenix. They are few and far between, but then I suppose if I look at it mathmatically, the butch/femme community is difficult to find - "gays and lesbians" make up roughly 10% of the U.S. population - and we are a very, VERY small slice of that... so, yeah.... I guess 1% or less WOULD be difficult to find
