Just a quick post to introduce myself...joined about a week ago, have been running through the threads to see whats up and figured I better start here!

Im not new to this dance, and have missed the online world! My current best friend is my cat Dibley due to my lack of participation in the real world - and he just listens and listens even when i just get up and move to the other room, or more times than that HE just gets up and goes to the other room...

Im 48, live in the Dead Center of Illinois where there are many Soy Beans and ADM seems to hold the deed to the city.

I am just kind of looking forward to conversations that don't end with someone hanging up the phone or slamming a door. After getting out of a 17 year relationship its time that I have a talk with someone that doesn't involve the C-word....

Ah well, here it is, this is me...looking forward to speaking with all of you!
