Don't ever do that again.

But, i also have a second....good hot bath and wash your legs good. If there are any that have oozing or red like irritated badly, try some neosporin on them and put on a bandaid (barbie ones work the best). If any areas get increased redness, swelling, drainage or pain..see your doc. Mainly just keep them clean and dry. It's gonna hurt for awhile. I hope you heal soon.
