I like bison. I buy a small package for 5 bucks. No hormones, etc. Do you know bison has less fat and higher protein? I use it to make soft shell tacos and a fantastic bakes ziti heavy with meat sauce. I know meat isn't good for me but I have days when I just have to have it.
My abs, ass and thighs are sore from staying busy. I'm not working out really but adding things to my routine chores. I must fill up at least 10 buckets of water a day. So I lift them a few times. I squat some while i vacuum the 50 pounds of dog hair here! lol- I clean, drag the mop, add a few extra movements. Cleaning house burns lots of calories so as long as I keep my house clean I'll stay in shape? lol But damn I hate housework.
I had a little stomach virus and didn't juice a few days. I felt it. I feel like wonder woman when I juice my greens!
