I'm sorry to hear that you couldn't get any rest lastnight. I have found hot chocolate made with warm milk helps me to sleep.

I am RIMBLMAO right now!!! I am sooo sleep deprived and HATE taking meds. Well I decided tonight that I was going to take 2 Xanax and try to regulate my sleep. Well 3 1/2 hrs and I'm not sleepy. So I get up and look at my pill bottle and realize that I took not 1 but 2 of my stay awake pills lol. SMH...that is MY luck!
Maybe tonight will be better for me as I should be up all day haha
