This is the first time I have ever tried to quit smoking in 28 yrs. I have never been a heavy smoker maybe 1 or 4 a day occasionally a
whole pack, some days I wouldn't have any at all . Actually I have never enjoyed smoking at all . Its truly a compulsive behavior. I'm so happy now.

I didn't think I would get any withdrawal symptoms , but boy did I ever.
I just thought I was getting to old for this nonsence.

Hope I don't relapse
