I got to cook today! Weee hooo!
Appetizer: Fig stuffed with goat cheese then wrapped in prosciutto drizzled with a tiny bit of clover honey and grilled
Main: Rather rare thinly sliced porterhouse over a bed of caramelized onions, asparagus tips, portobello mushrooms and a little bit of garlic; all except the steak were sauteed in brown butter, the steak was grilled
oh and a big ole glass of really dark yummy Cab
Dessert: Tangerine custard with super dark chocolate drizzled over the top
Espresso with a lemon twist and a little sugar
