Good Morning Everyone,
I have gone back to having my yogurt, chocolate Soymilk and coffee for breakfast...I woke up late this morning so I didn't get to the gym, but I have to clean my apartment today, so that will help burn some calories. Then I am going to hit the gym tonight...No matter what!
