Dehydration and electrolyte imbalance is very possible with too much "cleansing". My caveat is to be very careful with anything that you do. Check with your doctor to be sure and if you feel ill at all, stop.

Want to cleanse and detox? Drink water. Lots of it. Squirt in some lemon juice if you don't like the taste of water. Substitutes (including green tea), just doesn't take the place of water. Choose purified over spring.
Sweetners - Skip refined sugars and artificial sweetners. Try Agave Nectar or stevia.
