this is what I'm saying. if there is domestic partnerships for everyone regardless of sex of the people involved, then you can have domestic partnership
and marriage and it's up to the individuals to choose which one they want and marriage does *not* have to be erased to bring equality.
I think that should be extended to multi-adult (more than two) households, but one step at a time.
