Got in 51 minutes of cardio this morning...37 of it jogging. I've done the walk/jog thing for 6 of the last 7 days, and I'm 3 days into my 30-day challenge.
I've never completed one of these challenges yet, so I fear I'll fail again.

I just have to get one of these under my belt.
I did a sneak peak on my weight too, and it hasn't changed. I hope Friday tells a different tale.
