Oh Jackie, don't be so hard on yourself! You just got back from vacation... it's hard to find any kind of motivation ~ let alone doing anything healthy!

You WILL get back on track... just give yourself some time. When you are ready, you'll be back in it full force. I got faith in you!

If not, me and Medusa will drag your ass to the gym with us at the Reunion. That will bounce you back on track... for reals
