Well, look at all these fabulous healthy folks this morning!

I didn't weigh last week because I was being a pansy... I KNEW I didn't stick to my plan as well as I should have (yeah, too many beers). I forced myself to get on the scale this morning, and luckily I lost 1 pound forever! I know, not a lot for two weeks, but at least the scale is going in the right direction! I was at a standstill again, so I'm glad to see the damn thing moving again

Breakfast:
a 3 pack of chicken minis from Chick fil A (7 WW points)
an apple

I work the 2nd job tonight, so I'll be hitting up Subway at lunch for a ham & turkey footlong with lots of veggies that I can eat for lunch & dinner. Oh, if you haven't tried their new yogurt parfaits... they are YUMMY! It's vanilla yogurt, with strawberries & blueberries with granola.

Snacks:
baby carrots
celery sticks with a lil' peanut butter
