Congrats Pinkie on the loss, any loss is a good loss!! I am a bit apprehensive tomorrow, but I do want to know where I am. And Hack, hope you bought a new suit. Anya, your determination makes my insides smile... good on ya!! Jo you passed on cheese fries, you get a high five. Thinker, a flatter spare tire, you do inspire me!!
I absolutely understand seeing something (or hearing) and then craving it after. I have had to talk myself out of my cravings oh possibly once, maybe even twice !!
Last night I went to my power lifting class. I left the extra weight off, and then regretted it after cause I really did have run to push further than I did. However, I was grateful after because I went to gay yoga and he worked us. Long poses with the muscles working hard to keep still and strong. I was really grateful I had gone to power class before. My muscles were warm and strong and I had no difficulty holding the poses. I think this will be my Wednesday routine since gay yoga changed from Sundays to Wednesday.
This morning I did take a vitamin with my morning shake. I can feel my legs asking me "WTF". I have zumba in the public square at noon, it is the last one. Then I am going to my regular Thursday evening yoga but this one taught by an army instructor... Feel the shaking, Breathe through the shaking, shaking is good.... That is his favorite saying. And I do breathe through the shaking, but I am not always convinced that shaking is good .
