Happy HUuummpPP day peeps.  
 
Breakfast:  Honey bunches of oats, added raisins, no fat milk. 200 calories. 
 
Lunch: spaghetti and meatballs. 1/2 everything thin bagel. 320 calories. 
 
Dinner: flame broiled, seasoned (pollo asada) Chicken Breast in romaine salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, baby carrots and fat free ranch.  200 calories. 
 
I have a 7 day free membership to Snap Fitness so I think I will take advantage of that starting Friday or Saturday. Then I may just go with Planet Fitness Black Card Membership.
