Lots of alternatives

I'm not a fan of the cauliflower puree although perhaps I'm not seasoning enough.

I have done a combination of potato, onion and turnip, which is interesting...but the other great alternative is celery root (also called celeriac). Peel and boil until tender, just like potatoes.
