I love all the ideas so far - as well as all the multi-purpose spaces (is that the right word ?)

I will also propose that we have a small tea room restaurant/bookstore type space. This will hopefully bring in money for all as well as place to hang out and to read and chill.

I offer to read cards for folks I bet Teh Arwen would as well.

Still crashing from reunion and dreaming the fantasy of the island.
