Gonna get official again starting this Friday!
I haven't been the diligent little tracker, weigher, or measurer that I had been. Now that cooler weather is on the way, it's time to buckle down and kick more ass!!
Friday has long been my weigh-in day. That and a very miserable, stressful week led me to choose this Friday as my re-start day. And because I'm a headcase and have to mentally prepare for these types of things.
