Weighed this morning and lost another pound. Been kinda slacking for a day or two. Going to see my Aunt and cousins for a week, so won't be much dieting going on.
When I get home I am starting what I like to call phase 2 of my weight loss. I will start back taking supplements. I will be taking some of the same, and changing others. I also am going to start a new workout program. I am actually looking forward to it.
