The My landlord is finally fixing my house edition. . .
A new faucet that is beautiful, works, doesn't leak, and makes the kitchen look nice also the stinky rotten wood floor of the cupboard replaced.
The holes (the really big one, the little one and the crack between them) in the ceiling repaired
My toilet snaked (good bye plunger)
My AC fixed so it doesn't leak into the house (and cause the ceiling to fall down in 2 spots)
Best of all my privacy fence fixed so my houndies can be off the line and play in the yard unsupervised!!!!
