that is so awesome Cowboi! i accomplished my 1st workout today too. 20 minutes of cardio... later today i will do my weights and cardio.

just the other day i did 335 lbs. (with a spotter), on a sitting down squat machine doing 8 reps. and immediately afterwards i did dead lifts with 25 lbs weights in each hand.
