While waiting in line at the store this morning, I was watching the prettiest little 5 year old ahead of me, waiting impatiently with her mom to buy her chocolate milk. She was wearing a beautiful red holiday dress, long hair in mounds of curls. I looked down at her shoes... rhinestone covered little mary janes. I said, "your shoes are so pretty". She smiled, said thank you, and then twirled around circles so I could admire her dress, too
