MYSTICAL MIND
Tragic transitional gestures
Of the radical mind
Are never to be one
With the inner beauty
Of the wretched warrior
So then why does the star
Fall to the ground in silence
Not for the attention
As much as for the unforsaken desire
To feel that moment of sadness
As the onlookers gasp with disbelief
You think this is me
In a display of overpowering judgment
Relax for now
Wee one of this enormous existence
I am not here to manipulate
I am here to seek the hidden truths
Of silent passions from your tethered mind
Stand before the mystical powers
Of the universe
And relate to me through thought
The one thing that your heart desires
I can hear your inner voice
As it cries out for attention
Come forth with me
And walk along the mountain's edge
As we discuss peace and harmony
Throughout our mortal lives
