Made 4 jars of Basil Pesto from 4 large Basil plants I bought today.
Sautéed 3 large Fennel bulbs for soups and warm salads of the next few days.
Finished off my Christmas shopping.
Wrote out the last of my Christmas cards and wrapped the last presents to be posted.
Made another pair of Thermal undies.
