Oatmeal.
OK, that sounds strange. But I hate oatmeal. It's mushy and flavorless and, well, unappetizing. But a friend recently introduced me to Irish oatmeal. It's steel cut so it has more body and texture than that instant stuff. I tried a recipe I found online that uses cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg and a dash of brown sugar as well as toasted nuts... yum! I smiled so big. Warm, healthy breakfast and mostly guilt free. Whee!!!
