few years back. i usually work christmas. i do residential care fo' adults livin' wit' mental illness and we have a vera multi-ethnic group o' residents... so i started da tradition dat one new person from a new culture will say da "blessin'" o' da food in der native tongue. bof at christmas and da new year meal. it's been a big hit!
