What does the hemp oil do, Kittygrrl?

Np..Hemp oil is one of the easiest oils for humans to consume with few/no digestive upsets- its also one of the most nutrient rich oils on the planet containing essential amino and fatty acids and a a rare protein globule edestins which is very close in structure to human blood plasma. The EFA's help restore wasting bodies, and also improve damaged immune systems..Its better than flax (imo) and gives you the 3-6-9 omegas (in a nutshell, so to speak) I take organic cold pressed hemp oil which means it hasnt been pressed with heat above 117 degrees or maybe less..it has to be refrigerated..i take a teaspoon but a tablespoon is the suggested dose and i will probably work into that..you can use it in dips, salad dressings, etc..I wouldnt suggest cooking with it as it destroys some of the nutrients..be creative and find different ways of adding it to cooked food (if you're into that) your morning oatmeal, sprinkle on a salad with a good vinegar, etc..
Yes, I was going towards diabetes too and it's one of the reasons i am trying to change my diet. Whenever i'm tempted by a jelly donut i imagine it as a
donut-of-death
