usually i have to fight with my son to do anything...like go into convenient store to get a drink,or run in somewhere and get an Itunes card...usually faster for me to just do it...anyway his Imac has been acting up...display coming and going so he broke down today and asked me to take him to the Geek Squad at Best Buy...im thinking im gonna have to deal with the CSR bc the Prince rarely talks to anyone.....imagine my surprise when after we got there he tells me to sit down and relax...he stands in line until its his turn,then walks up and starts having this casual,relaxed convo with the guy behind the counter..he handles the whole thing,fills out paperwork,explains problem and signs off on sending it out to be fixed....2 weeks..and he didnt even complain.
