I planned and cooked my dinner for tomorrow.
I will be having:
1 one flour tortilla
1/2 cup of black beans
1/2 cup of rice
1 tablespoon of shredded Pepper Jack cheese
Snacks:
About ten olives
Salsa <Medium>
A handful of Triscuits
Two clementines
Breakfast:
Chobani Greek Yogurt
8oz glass of SoyMilk
Coffee - no
Lunch:
Peanut butter on whole wheat and flax seed sandwich round
