Cottage Cheese & Orange/Mandarin/Tangerine
Combine slices of one orange/mandarin/tangerine with 1-2 cups of fat-free cottage cheese.
Turkey Bacon with Grapefruit
1/2 - 1 grapefruit and 2 slices of turkey bacon
2 Hardboiled Eggs & an Apple (for people who really have no time)
Throw away one of the yolks.
