Baked Salmon in a marinade of Olive Oil, Fish Sauce, Sriracha, Garlic, Lemon Juice, and Honey
Roasted Zucchini and New potatoes or a baked sweet potato. Still making a last minute decision. 
I made up the marinade. We shall see how it turns out. Was a bit tart to me but I didn't need the sweet today.
