Hey Rockin,
I'm not a big "energy bar" eater....so hopefully someone else has suggestions. I did just start buying and keeping on hand the Glucerna shakes made specifically for diabetics. They aren't what I'd call tasty....but they're better than a low blood sugar crash.
I know they make bars too....might be something to check out.
