This intrigued me! I found a number of web sites with recipes for this pizza crust. It is higher in fat if you are on a low-fat diet but is low in carbs. I think I may give this a try!

I do try to use only egg whites and may substitute egg whites for the whole eggs, which would decrease the fat/saturated fat content.

Spaghetti Squash Pizza Crust Recipe

Makes 8 servings

pizza crust

Ingredients
3 cups spaghetti squash, cooked
1 1/2 cups cheese, shredded
2 eggs

Directions:

Remove liquid from squash. add eggs and cheese and mix well.
Press into 9 X 13" glass baking dish and bake at 350 for 10 minutes
(I bake longer). add cheese, veggie, meat or whatever you like and bake for an additional 25 minutes or until golden brown.
