I ROCKED THIER WORLD!! After their responses, expressions, questions, true engagement and interest (no glassed-over eyes) , and such a high level of connection between myself and the two very accomplished individuals that interviewed me.... I BET they didn't except for me to walk through their door today. I felt respected and honored for all my years of hard work. I felt the passion for my career return ...and felt how they were very receptive and intrigued .....I felt as if I blew them and their expectations out of the water because they never expected my level of experience and project management skills ......never in my life have I had such an awesome interview! ! I felt like I had reached the top of Mt. Everest and stood there on top the world when I felt the respect and value they gave me. I was finally in the presence of fellow Program Managers that KNOW how difficult and intense it is to run a public entitlement program. I felt AWESOME and inspired and like they truly listened to me. I felt joy because I felt the excitement and purpose return to my inner -spirit.

I did a Happy Dance all the way home!!
